Considered care for complex clients
Providing care and support for people with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities can be a demanding occupation, and the need to support care staff in their roles is generally recognised. This PhD research involved an overview of recommendations for staff training, also providing recommendations for care providers, developers, clinicians, managers, teachers, policymakers, and researchers.
