Integrated emotion-oriented care for elderly people with intellectual disabilities
This PhD research focuses on elderly people with intellectual disabilities and integrated emotion-oriented care. The aim of this research is to examine the support needs experienced by elderly people with intellectual disabilities and to provide an overview of psychosocial interventions available to them. This research also aims to identify what integrated emotion-oriented care is, and how health professionals can apply integrated experience-oriented care in their daily practice.
