Knowledge sharing and application in organisations providing services to people with intellectual disabilities
This PhD research examines how to optimise the knowledge policies of organisations providing services to people with intellectual disabilities. CEOs, support staff and practitioners (e.g., psychologists and ID physicians) are asked about their experiences with sharing and applying knowledge. The research aims to improve the sharing and application of knowledge by professionals within and between care organisations in the field of intellectual disability care.
